Absolutely. Quality is at the heart of everything we do. Our hair is premium-grade, tangle-tested, and designed to blend effortlessly with natural textures. With proper care, your LibraLocks bundles can last 3 years or more.

Curly hair, by nature, is more prone to tangling than straight textures especially with friction, dryness, or lack of care. While our Burmese Curly bundles are of exceptional quality, regular maintenance is essential to keep your curls defined and detangled.

Pro tips: Keep curls moisturised with water and a curl creme or leave in conditioner. Detangle with your complimentary Libra Locks brush! Always detangle from the ends upwards and sleep with a satin bonnet or scarf to reduce friction.

Yes. Our bundles are 100% human hair and can be dyed or bleached. However, we strongly recommend professional colouring to preserve hair integrity and curl pattern. When bleached curly texture will naturally loosen.

• Use sulfate-free shampoo and a moisturizing conditioner.
• Detangle gently while wet with a curl friendly brush (we send one with your package).
• Let hair air dry or diffuse on low heat
• Avoid heavy oils or alcohol-based products.
• Store your hair in a silk or satin bag when not in use ( we have gifted you one with your order! 💌)

Due to hygiene reasons, all sales are final. However, if you receive the wrong item or your bundle arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll make it right.

We currently ship across the UK with free next-day recorded delivery. We also offer shipping to select European countries at an additional cost. Rates and options are shown at checkout.

Orders placed before 12PM are usually dispatched the same day. Orders placed later will ship the next working day. Delivery times may vary slightly as LibraLocks is a small business but we will reach out directly to provide updates.

For a full sew-in we recommend 3 bundles. For half braided styles or ponytails, 2 bundles are recommended.
