Shipping Policy

At LibraLocks, we’re committed to delivering your bundles quickly, securely, and with care.

UK Shipping:

- All UK orders are sent via Royal Mail Next Day Recorded Delivery.

- Shipping is included in the price of your order – no extra fees at checkout.

- Orders placed before 12PM (midday) will usually ship the same day.

- Orders placed after 12PM may be dispatched the next working day, depending on our fulfilment schedule. Please contact us on libralocksuk@gmail.com for specific delivery arrangements.

European Shipping:

We currently offer shipping to select European countries at an additional cost. Rates will be calculated at checkout. Please allow extra time for international delivery and customs clearance.

Tracking & Delivery:

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your delivery right to your doorstep!

Returns & Refunds Policy

Your satisfaction is our priority, but due to the nature of our products, we have a strict hygiene policy to protect all customers.

All Sales Are Final:

Because our hair extensions are considered a hygiene product, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds once the product has been opened, handled, or installed. This policy ensures that every customer receives hair that is brand new, untouched, and of the highest standard.

Exceptions: We will gladly replace or refund any item that is:

- Incorrect (e.g. wrong length, texture, or item sent)

- Faulty or damaged upon arrival

If you believe you’ve received an incorrect or faulty item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. Be sure to include:

- Your order number

- Photos of the item in its original packaging

- A description of the issue

Cancellations:

If you need to cancel an order, please email us within 1 hour of placing it. Once your order is processed and dispatched, we are unable to cancel it.
